2010 a year that was...

This is the first and last blog of the year 2010... I know I know, I've not been updating for ages. Last year (in 2009) at least I was active on this blog, but the other two blogs have been waiting to be updated for 2 years now... it's not that I don't feel like writing any more, it's just that I'm more busy in other stuff. I miss blogging/writing more than you people miss reading them (in case there is anyone left!) Whole of this year, all I could manage to write was a Marathi poem, on the last page of my Indirect Taxes notebook and I've read it out only to one person. Nevertheless I'll try to be active next year... and of course I'll try my level best. You must be wondering, where was I busy all this time?! So here is the summary of all the events that occurred last year...

January: I got a new laptop (yippi) in the first week and towards the end I had a full touch Nokia 5230 (wooohoo!!!) I was very glad with all my new gadgets. :D

February: I love that month as the very first day of the month, brought me the biggest news of my life, for which I was eagerly waiting... I cleared my PCC (Chartered Accountant, level-II exam) and that was one of the happiest days of my life so far.

Towards the month end, I had packed all my baggage and was all set to leave for the place which would help me, make my dream come true... to start a journey which I never thought, would be so memorable- preparation of the C.A-Finals.

March: Went away in learning the course, getting acquainted with the new place, making new friends etc etc...

April: In the very first week, it was one of our Professor's Birthday so in the party I sung a song, which every one enjoyed a lot and since then, my journey towards fame, as a singer started. I remembered the time, when I was in School, where everyone knew me as the lead singer of the school group, some how I always missed all that and it finally returned to me. I also played guitar and sung 'Purani jeans' on Direct Taxes' batch end and from then it became a ritual to end the batch with my song :D (I also sang a no of songs in between the classes at break time... this all helped me in bringing back the Prajwala, I used to miss a lot)

May: A horribly hectic schedule with classes and all... Had classes for almost 12 hrs a day!

June: Had the best Birthday of all so far (though I misses mom, dad and bhai a lot, as they were not with me on that day :( ) Imagine a class of 450 people singing "Happy Birthday to you..." for you... threw 2 parties got a number of gifts and blessings and in the evening when I returned, dead tired after the whole day long classes masi had prepared my favorite chirote (Maharashtrian dessert) It was just an awesome day.

July: Again went away in hectic schedule with long classes.

August: In middle of the month I returned to my home town... ah felt like heaven... what ever you say, there is something different and special about the place called 'Home town'. ;)

September: Went away in studies and Ganesh Utsav.

October: Studies and Durga Pooja.

November: Diwali, studies, exams and visited Gurgaon after more than 1.5 years... I don't know why but I love that city... enjoyed a lot there and time of my life.

December: The last month went away in organising and reorganing life, my room and schedule.

All in all, 2010 went very fast for me... still I learnt a lot that year not only academically but also in other phases of life, made around 150 friends (!) and had the time of my life!

It is said that the night is darkest, just before the dawn. I evidently remember that last year, 30th and 31st December were the worst days of my life... they were the darkest and then the new year's morning dawned with happiness in my life... After feeling the long length of darkness God finally blessed me with light... :) and I hope that this... is just the beginning... may in the coming year, the Sun rise higher and shed more and more light in my life and may the coming years bring more happiness, joy, success, love and life... to my life... :)

I promise, I'll try to be active next year (probably after May) and post more blogs.
